Kevin on [Pownce](http://pownce.com/ "Pownce"). Sharing media with a tight group of friends. Email is broken and Pownce really solves the problem with sharing media with friends.

](http://hivelogic.com/ "Hivelogic") sharing some insight into why he bought Corkd and why he’s been lame and hasn’t really done shit with the site since he bought it!
Gary’s compliments [Eric Kastner](http://metaatem.net/ “Meta | ateM”) his lead rails developer

Kevin talks about where he came from, [G4 TV](http://www.g4tv.com/ “G4 TV”), web app ideas and more. Kevin comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and he really knew that he had to take some of his “really cool ideas” and turn them into something big.

Gary V says, “[Revision 3](http://revision3.com/ "Revision3 – The TV Network for the Internet Generation”) – if focused and done proper, will be the biggest selling, ludicrous, business moves in this space of all time. I have no doubt in my mind that Revision 3 is going to be one of the most financially obnoxious maneuvers in this space of all time, if done right. That’s what I think about how grand of a concept Revision 3 is.".
Kevin thanks and agrees with Gary on his thoughts on Revision 3.
Kevin wanted to leave [G4 TV](http://www.g4tv.com/ “G4 TV”) and [The Screensavers](http://www.g4tv.com/screensavers/index.html “G4 – The Screen Savers”) to create a new show for online. The idea was to create Revision 3 around the ability to create original content and programming that could fill that niche of hardcore tech programing that they couldn’t do with on G4 with The Screensavers. It was about creating content that they could freely move around to any platform: TV, online…whatever.
Kevin is going to hook Gary up and get him on [Virgin Atlantic Airlines](http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/ “Virgin Atlantic Airways”).
Kevin talks about TV programming and the issues that networks face with trying to take that same content online.
Gary is a HUGE, HUGE, HUUUGE fan of what we are doing with [TastyPlanner.com](http://tastyplanner.com/ “Tasty Planner – Create, Plan and Share Recipes, Menus, Grocery Lists and More.”) and agrees that there are some natural fits between TastyPlanner and his Gourmet food website that on come.

Gary mentions that he is getting his ass handed to him from the wine community about what he’s not doing with Corkd.
Kevin and Gary are planning to be working together on a project in the near future.
Kevin talks about the direction and evolution of Revision 3. He gives his advice on how to start a new project like Digg or Revision 3 and get the idea out there, WITHOUT giving up your company to get it off the ground. “Do it on the Cheap”, says Kevin.
Gary talks about his passion for [Red Headed hamsters](http://www.google.com/search?q=red+headed+hamsters “red headed hamsters – Google Search”) and Pythons.

The [Lifehacker community](http://lifehacker.com/ “Lifehacker, tips and downloads for getting things done”) trust. They listen.
Web 2.0-sphere compared to the Hip Hop mentality circa 1985 in the web space right now. Don’t be a sell-out, work your community even harder! Your brand can go from hero to zero in a heartbeat.
Gary to release a CD called “Love songs with Vino on the side”, a Barry White kinda tone.
Gary loves, loves, loves what we are doing with [TastyPlanner.com](http://tastyplanner.com/ “Tasty Planner – Create, Plan and Share Recipes, Menus, Grocery Lists and More.”).
