That whole Web 2.0 thing tells me that in spite of all the hype we haven't reached 2.0 status yet, at best we are in a very immature beta stage. Web 2.0 was supposed to mean new collegiality and community and yet you couldn't get a press pass. Beta, we are still in Beta.

As far as collaborating. Why not use Hamachi + VNC and Skype for the audio. Just have a number of clients connect to a person running VNC server and then you can control the program on their screen.

for collaborating try https://www.webhuddle.com/ . it is free open source collabortating conferencing tool. still in beta and i have not tried the voip stuff but it seems to work.

Oh no! All the bass is missing from your theme song! That's half the reason I listen. Ok, maybe not, but it's always a bit nicer to listen to the show when the music sounds great.
